We know that you cannot wait to get your hands on the goodies you purchased, we are just as excited as you are! That is why we try our best to pack and ship your order the same day it comes through.

 Below is some information on estimated delivery times and fees, but please also allow for processing time, on top of the actual delivery time.

PLEASE NOTE

• All delivery times are estimates, please also allow a processing time of 1-2 working days. We will try our best to pack your orders as soon as possible.
• B&M processes all orders in USD. While the content of your cart is currently displayed in your currency of choice, you will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate and prices will vary depending on weight.

• For the Christmas period please allow a processing time of 3-4 days as we are extremely busy and only a small team.
• Please note we are not liable for any shipping delays around this period.

RETURNS POLICY

Returns Policy

•  Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for an exchange, store credit or refund if you receive a faulty product.
• Items must be received in original condition - with your proof of purchase attached.
• Please note we do not refund for change of mind, so please choose wisely.

   if you believe your product is damaged or faulty. We will treat this with the highest of priority.

 Refunds

•  Depending on your payment method the funds may take 2-3 days to clear back into your account.
• All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used to place the order. If you have used a combination of web credit and card/PayPal then your web credit will be re-issued and your payment refunded.
• We will always replace items if they are damaged or broken. If you receive your B&M light or your phone ring-light and find that it is broken or faulty, we will happily exchange this as all purchases come with a 12-month manufacturers warranty.
